scrubs for Partnership for Quality Care, a unique coalition of health care workers dedicated to guaranteed, affordable, high quality health care for every man, woman and child in America. The scrubs were emblazoned with the message “Every Patient Matters” and signed by healthcare workers across America. Thousands of nurses, doctors, and SEIU healthcare workers rallied on Capitol Hill to deliver the hand-signed scrubs to members of Congress on Wednesday, September 23, 2009.
